The Woodbury City Council conducts regular meetings on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month at 7:30 p.m. at City Hall, 8301 Valley Creek Road. All meetings are posted on the calendar.
Citizens are given an opportunity to briefly speak on topics which are not a part of the meeting agenda during the Open Forum portion of Council meetings. Persons wishing to speak must complete a sign-up sheet and present it to a staff person at the meeting. Speakers are limited to two minutes each. Public comments also are invited at public hearings. All public hearings are held as a separate item of business on Council agendas.
The Council also holds a workshop meeting (discussion meeting) on the third Wednesday of each month. Workshop meetings start at 6:30 p.m. All meetings, unless otherwise noted, are open to the public.
Meeting agendas are prepared on the Friday preceding the meeting date. On the meeting day, agendas and speaker sign-up sheets are available outside the Council Chambers. Persons wishing to obtain an agenda in advance of a meeting may contact Kim Blaeser, city clerk, at (651) 714-3523 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
