In order to continue practicing appropriate physical distancing, some Council Members, as well as members of staff, may be participating virtually in public meetings until further notice. In addition, the public has the option of participating in meetings online.
For those who wish to attend a meeting in-person, seating will be arranged to accommodate physical distancing (chairs placed 6 feet apart). All those who attend are encouraged to follow COVID-19 hygiene practices:
- Face masks are required in compliance with Executive Order 20-81.
- Do not shake hands.
- Cover your coughs and sneezes.
- Wash your hands for 20 seconds.
Please note that if you are commenting during the meeting and are wearing a face mask, you will be asked to remove your mask while speaking.
Workshop meetings are informal discussion style meetings and no official city business is conducted. Formal workshop minutes are not recorded. Workshop meetings are open to the public.
