Building Permits - Commercial

Woodbury uses a combination permit. Separate permits will only be required on jobs where there is no related combination building permit.
The Inspections Division is conducting as much
business as possible through non-contact, digital options.

Please review the Commercial Permit Application form for required submittal information. Complete the application, including contractor and subcontractor information, and submit with the required plans for review.
The issuance of building permits and related inspections may be modified, delayed or suspended given the current circumstances. Please give us a call if you have any questions, as our procedures may change frequently.
